Prerequisites: Beginners course.

Course content: 14 x 60 minutes

When the basic steps and the rhythm of the Cuban salsa are in place, it is time to move on to the intermediate course. Here we learn to perform more advanced figures, still with the same concept of dynamics and spontaneity.

We go through figures such as ”setenta”, ”setenta y medio”, ”setenta y cuarto”, ”ochenta”, ”dame dos con dos”. We also develop different forms of ”enchufla”-figures such as ”enchufla doble”, ”enchufla uno a cinco” etc.

This course is a fun challenge that you can very well do over several times (since every semester focuses on different figures) until you master all combinations of the figures as well as the rhythms of the salsa!
